Dirty and disorganized - carpet needed a good cleaning - had to have key card reprogrammed every day - check-in took a half hour, and there was no line - don't stay here
Convenient to Cedar Point - bathroom floor was dirty - ice machine didn't work
Sheets were dirty - housekeeping didn't vacuum the floor - toilet leaked, so we had to shut off the water valve each time we used it; we informed the front desk clerk, but it was never fixed - wouldn't go back
Great amenities for the price - room was clean - front desk staff was helpful with anything we needed - my swimwear got snagged by hot tub surfacing - I'd definitely recommend
