Not bad for the price - breakfast needed improvement
Good location and price - room was dirty
Close to shopping and attractions - renovations underway - room was damp and musty, carpet and walls were disgusting - housekeepers were efficient and polite
Great value - aging but clean facility - room was comfortable - staff was pleasant, helpful, and attentive
Not a good value - we arrived at 2:30 PM, but weren't able to check in until 3 PM - when we returned late at night, we found that our sheets were stained, pillowcases had makeup on them, and comforter had coffee stains - carpet needed vacuuming - bathroom had hair all over, and bathtub had mold and soap ring - only two towels and one washcloth provided, and only half a roll of toilet paper was supplied - I asked front desk clerk for another room, and he looked at me like he was angry - he came to room and changed the sheets, but didn't let us switch rooms and never apologized - hallways were dirty, floors needed to be mopped - all I got was a $25 discount - hotel was completely unsanitary and unacceptable
