Non-smoking room smelled like smoke - front desk clerk was rude
Good value
Fairly clean for an older hotel - room was grungy, and located between the noisy laundry room and staircase - the smoke alarm fell from the ceiling - not impressed at all
Close to the park - room was dirty and had flies - found a dirty diaper in a drawer, and food behind the nightstand - I'll never stay here again
Near the park, shopping, and dining - room was musty and damp - pool didn't look clean
