AC was noisy - liked the valet parking - I was satisfied

Convenient and clean - room wasn't ready until 6:45 PM

Close to Duke Energy Convention Center - terrible customer service; check-in clerk nearly refused me a room since I didn't have my husband's driver's license with me and he'd made the reservation

Staff was professional and eager to help - check-in and checkout were a breeze - sports bar closed before posted closing time - loved the valet service

Room was clean - hallway was too warm - staff was extremely nice - good experience
