Close to restaurants; convenient to the Pro Football Hall of Fame - bar was only open from 5-7 PM - good place to stay
Close to everything - hotel was nice - room wasn't vacuumed during our 4-day stay - not enough washcloths and cups provided - only had an ice machine on the 3rd floor - not satisfied
Good location - no signs at all of alleged renovation work; nothing had changed since we stayed 6 weeks earlier - carpets in the hallway and stairway were filthy - lobby restroom was out of order - sidewalks by the side door were so broken up that it was hard to roll the luggage cart - front desk clerk called at 10:30 PM to see if everything was acceptable - pool was out of service - ice machines didn't work - won't stay again
Room smelled like smoke - bedsheets weren't clean - icy parking lot hadn't been salted, and I fell
Good rates - hotel was worn - carpet was stained throughout the hotel - phone didn't work - vainty was chipped
