Old and poorly maintained - room smelled bad - there was hair in the bedsheets - caulk in the bathroom had mold - loud bathroom fan came on automatically with the light - won't go back
Room needed better vacuuming around the edges
Good location - exterior wasn't well-lit - room wasn't clean - continental breakfast wasn't ready on time because the staff was sleeping
Convenient location - good rates - bathroom needed updating - no towels in the pool area - breakfast selection was limited
