Clean room - friendly staff - everything was nice
Room was large and quiet - the curtains covered the AC
Liked the decor, but the entire place smelled bad - staff had to come and show me how to change TV channels; it shouldn't be a mystery - shower didn't work properly - no newspaper provided - a let-down
Convenient location - AC had to be turned on from the front desk - took me 5 minutes to figure out how to operate the shower - "hot breakfast" was just waffles
Good rates - room smelled musty - AC didn't work properly - boxsprings and phone were filthy
