Exterior looked good - heater didn't work in the 1st room, and it didn't work much better in the 2nd room - guest computer didn't work, and the printer was out of ink; I was told the ink cartridges were locked up - front desk staff appeared to be ill - not a good stay

Good location - room was clean but quite small - no end tables by the bed - only one washcloth provided - grounds were nice and well-groomed - lobby was clean - front desk clerks were polite and nice

Located in a safe area - room was clean and comfortable - no outdoor pool - fitness room only had a treadmill - good continental breakfast

Room was small and dusty - we found tools left behind by maintenance when we arrived - two lightbulbs were burned out - toilet ran, and leaked onto the bathroom floor; we were told it had been repaired our 2nd day, but it hadn't - we had to change rooms, and the toilet in the 2nd room had the same problem - we left early

Room was nice and clean, but quite small - staff was congenial
