Close to the college - room didn't smell clean
Deadbolt on room door didn't seem secure - odd bathroom entry - I didn't stay
Convenient to the college - affordable - bathroom needed an exhaust fan - staff was friendly and extremely accommodating; met us at our car and arranged to put us in another room since our room wasn't clean - continental breakfast exceeded our expectations; food had already been put away when we arrived, but attendant served us whatever we wanted from the kitchen
Located outside main business district, but convenient to amenities - reasonable rates - room was quiet, clean, and comfortable - staff was courteous and welcoming - delicious, fresh continental breakfast - I was impressed

We are conveniently located along interstate 40 and business 85. Downtown is three miles away/pti airport is 18 miles away/the greensboro coliseum is four miles away/and the koury convention centre and four seasons town center are six miles from the hotel.
