Staff was courteous - good continental breakfast, but one employee insisted on doing the serving, and put out a tip cup
Room was nice, clean, and smelled great
Room was quiet, comfortable, and clean - everything was in good working order - needed better lighting - entire staff was extremely friendly - I'd be pleased to stay again
Easy to access from highway - room was dirty, carpet wasn't vacuumed - didn't get replacement coffee our 2nd day - bathroom wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival, had hairs
