Room was clean - AC worked well - never got requested wake-up call, so I was late for an appointment - housekeeper didn't make the bed during my 2-night stay
Farther from the beach than we expected

Good rates - newer hotel - room had flies, and wasn't clean when we checked in - one light was burned out - no linens on the bed - nice pool - we received a discount to compensate us for the problems
