Close to the civic center - rates were reasonable - needed more parking; I had to park 2 blocks away, then move my car before 8 AM so I didn't get a ticket

Convenient to the Asheville Civic Center - awful parking lot

Good location - building was a bit run-down, but room was clean and comfortable - water temperature in the shower fluctuated - I was happy with my choice

Located in the heart of downtown - building was old - parking was extremely limited; we had to park across the street - wouldn't return

Great location - room door didn't lock, so we had to wedge a chair in front of it - friendly staff - probably won't return
