Filthy room - carpet was disgusting - chairs were stained - tissue dispenser had used tissues in it - a terrible experience
Non-smoking room reeked of smoke, and there was an ashtray on the desk - staff was courteous and helpful

Close to Premium Outlets - good-sized room, but needed better soundproofing
Not a good location for guests without a car - good room - I felt safe

Hotel is located on route 32/just minutes south of i-84 and is convenient to nearby renaissance riverfront area of newburgh/stewart international airport/the storm king arts center/washingtons headquarters and all the areas business parks as well. The united states military academy at west point is only 9 miles south of hotel. An abundance of shopping/dining and entertainment options including seasonal cruises along the majestic hudson river/are all nearby. Free local and long distance calls.
