Entire place needed a good cleaning and updating - one of our non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke - the bedsheets felt damp - good breakfast - we'll never stay again
Room was clean, but needed better soundproofing - computer system was down for 2 days - staff was pleasant and accommodating
Good location - room was in poor condition - ceiling was stained - bathroom grout was filthy - poor housekeeping; we had to go to the front desk twice for cups and coffee - wouldn't stay again
Easy to find - room was quiet - needed a new TV - front desk clerks were friendly
