Bed was comfortable - professional service - good bagels at breakfast
Good rates - room needed better soundproofing - doors closed loudly - not so great
Room was clean - staff was friendly
Good value - had plenty of tourist brochures, but not much information about public transportation - staff was cooperative and helpful - a pleasant experience
