Great accommodations - staff was friendly and helpful - I was pleased
Room was enormous, clean, and beautiful - front desk clerks were less than friendly
Convenient and clean
Close to the airport - reasonably priced - non-smoking hotel - room was cramped, but had a fireplace - mattresses were a little hard - friendly service - fitness room was way too small; equipment was hard to operate or didn't work - hot breakfast buffet was great
Convenient to Buffalo and Niagara Falls, easy drive to supermarkets - suite was clean, quiet, and had a good setup for families - sofa bed wasn't comfortable - had to walk outside to get to the main building and breakfast area
