  • Room was spacious - kitchen was well-appointed - no balcony; view was uninteresting - front desk clerk was unfriendly
  • Nice suite - plenty of towels provided - I didn't realize there was no daily housekeeping service - front desk staff was friendly
  • Walk to downtown museums - room was nice and clean - friendly service 24 hours a day - we had a large SUV; on-site parking was a challenge - had a shuttle service for downtown events - great place
