Excellent location; easy to find - welcoming hotel - room was clean - windows opened for fresh air - the shower was a faint trickle - hallway smelled like smoke - friendly personnel - I was satisfied
Non-smoking room smelled like smoke - broken lock on the door was fixed after we complained - limited TV channel selection - one front desk clerk didn't speak English well - breakfast room was small, and the food wasn't so good - only stay here if you have to
Convenient location - good value - room had a coffee maker, but only half the outlets worked - lamp and clock couldn't be plugged in at same time - TV needed more channels - liked the hallway - had to pay a fee to check in early - nice choice
Had to ask for fresh towels - continental breakfast wasn't kept stocked, and food ran out hours before closing time - I'd never stay again
