Had to pay extra for more than 2 people in the room - door lock was broken, but it was quickly fixed when I complained - no towels or toiletries provided; when I did get them, the towels were old, and it took 2 calls to get soap and shampoo - pool looked nice, but the water was too shallow
Room was comfortable - friendly, courteous service - check-in time could've been earlier
Nice room, but some furnishings were a bit damaged - landscaping was pretty - helpful employees - enjoyed the pool - good casino - nice resort
