Good value - room was nice, but needed better soundproofing - bed was comfortable - lbathroom was large
Excellent customer service - disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for maintenance
Great value - hotel was clean and well-maintained - needed better toilet paper and tissues - front desk staff was friendly and helpful
Liked having a fridge in the room - hot tub didn't work
Room was filthy - bedspread had stains - there was hair in the bathtub and a dirty washcloth on the floor - staff was rude - awful hotel
