Nice staff - sports bar was smoky, and the food service was slow - elevator was in an inconvenient location
There were plastic cups under the bed - staff wasn't that helpful
Non-smoking room was clean, but smelled a bit like smoke - no continental breakfast
Good place to stay
Room backed to staircase, every time someone went up or down the stairs pictures on wall rattled - didn't appreciated kids yelling and running down the hallway at 3 AM - pool was freezing - hot tub had at least 40 unsupervised kids in it, so we didn't go near it
