Room was a bit dirty - wall wasn't clean - I was charged for a wood panel that was already broken when I arrived; I'd even notified the housekeeper - needed more parking; I had to park 3 blocks away since the lot was full - there was nothing I liked about this place
Reasonably priced - room was nice and warm - I was pleasantly surprised
Staff was rude - bad experience
Good value - hotel seemed sparse, but looked recently updated
Close to the freeway - bed sagged - there were holes in the wall - microwave didn't work - continental breakfast was minimal
