Room was nice, but leaked badly after a rain storm - we were moved to a room that was unacceptable for the price - wouldn't stay again

Hotel had appeal and a nice atmosphere - needed better mattress and bedding - employees were pleasant and helpful - I was satisfied

Liked the old Victorian decor - nice room, but needed better soundproofing to block out noise from nearby nightclubs - pillows were flat, and there weren't enough of them
