  • We were put in handicap room that smelled bad - guests next to us were drunk and noisy until 3:30 AM; calls to front desk went unanswered - won't stay again
  • We were put in a handicap room that smelled musty and dirty - no one answered the front desk phone when we called to complain about disruptive guests - not happy, won't stay again
  • Shabby and downtrodden - I'd never stay again
  • Conveniently located near many shops and restaurants - room was clean with exception of stained comforter - comfortable stay
  • Good location - room smelled musty - didn't have a TV remote - bathroom sink was rusty and discolored, faucets didn't work properly - shower had mold - front desk clerks were nice at check-in
