  • Manager made my children leave the pool in case adults wanted to swim, even though none did - won't stay again
  • Not much curb appeal - room looked dated - bed was too firm - family-friendly place - great pool
  • Room smelled terrible - carpet was filthy - ceiling was dirty, and had missing pieces - moulding on the hot tub was coming off - we didn't stay
  • Convenient and clean - staff was outstanding, and willing to help with our every little need - we were impressed
  • Good location and rates - couldn't control the room temperature - no elevator
