I asked for a quiet room, but my room was next to the roof and large air vent - bed was comfortable - bedside light was burned out; it took two calls to the front desk to get the problem fixed - I finally asked to be moved to a quieter room - carpet was stained and had gum in it - toilet was dirty - restaurant food was terrible - I'd never stay again
Handy location - suite had shabby furniture - coffee table was broken
Room needed updating - toilet ran all night - no action was taken despite our complaint to the front desk
