We were initially sent to already-occupied room - terrible TV channel selection - bathroom was too small - good restaurant - don't stay here
Entire place was clean and luxurious - liked the complimentary breakfast buffet
Convenient to Route 128 - alarm clock didn't work properly; I called and asked for a replacement, and was told I could get a wake-up call instead, but I never got the call - I got a free bottle of water as compensation - welcoming lobby with 2 fireplaces and comfortable couches - staff didn't greet me when I arrived; I waited 10 minutes before the clerk assisted me - plenty of parking
