Check-in clerk gave us key cards that didn't work, so we had to go back to the desk to get working keys - staff was rude, and treated guests as an inconvenience - we won't return
Good-sized room with comfortable beds - exterior was being painted, and windows only had sheer curtains; I woke up to find a man on a scaffold right outside my window - smoke came in my non-smoking room from smoking rooms nearby - housekeeping didn't replace the dirty cups or towels our 2nd day - not impressed
