Non-smoking room smelled like smoke - heater didn't work - toilet didn't flush - pool was smaller than expected - breakfast left a lot to be desired - I was quite dissatisfied
Clean room - friendly personnel - I was pleased
Good location - fairly new facility - hallways reeked of smoke, even in non-smoking areas
My room was right by the noisy elevator and ice machine - staff wasn't helpful
Room was clean, but noisy from TV next door - front desk clerk took 40 minutes to respond to my complaint about the noise - he told us no one was in the room next door, yet hotel had a "No Vacancy" sign posted - horrible experience
