I had to ask for coffee 3 times before I got any - Internet connection didn't work in the lobby - didn't like the way I was treated by the staff - elevators didn't work - bad stay
Noisy place - check-in clerk was rude, and the checkout clerk wasn't well-trained - breakfast was expensive, and a pot of coffee cost $4 - had to pay for parking
Great room - bed was so comfortable - everything was amazing
