Everything was clean - housekeeping didn't clean daily - front desk clerk was nice and efficient - I was satisfied
Good location and rates - hotel was clean, safe, and quiet - I was happy with my choice
Room was dirty - hallway was extremely smoky and smelled terrible; we complained about the smell, but just got a quick "I'm sorry" - bathroom wasn't clean; had mold on the walls and cigarette butts on the floor - no housekeeping service, and we didn't know where to put the garbage and dirty towels - don't stay here
Room had a full-sized fridge - loved it here
