  • Room was clean - power went out the 2nd day; no apology from the staff - poor customer service - stay away from this one
  • Good location - room and carpet smelled musty - adequate for an overnight stay
  • Clean room, but it was near the noisy stairwell - AC worked well - bed was comfortable - plenty of cups provided - didn't like having the sink outside the bathroom; bathroom was tiny - front desk staff was personable
  • Room was clean - bathtub and shower needed upgrading - not happy about fee for in-room safe we didn't use
  • Convenient to Windsor Mill - room had ants - no towels by the pool - breakfast attendant acted like it was a bother to put out food - won't return
