Inexpensive - room was quiet and nice enough - had a fridge, but no alarm clock or tissues - no coffee or doughnuts available in the morning our 1st stay, but they were available a few days later when we stayed again

Conveniently located; easy to find - no coffee maker in the room - poor wireless Internet connection
Good rates - no one helped with my luggage - front desk clerk wasn't that friendly
