Convenient location - room was comfortable and efficient - sofa and carpet needed to be replaced - good, basic accommodations
Liked the privacy - no one was at the front desk in the morning when we checked out
Found a broken lightbulb under the bed - staff was friendly and let us check in early - we were happy
Room had a kitchenette, but no coffee maker - beds were squeaky, headboards were loose
We booked a room for 5 people and paid extra for 5th person, but weren't told that only 4 were allowed per room due to fire codes - we weren't able to get a cot - room wasn't clean - found some coffee on the wall, hair in the bed, and grease around the kitchenette - floor was extremely dirty - bathroom was disgusting - we left after one night

Motel is located ideally within a short distance from popular vacation locations/old orchard beach/funtown/splashtown and aquaboggan water park/just to name a few. A short distance to the largest city in maine/ portland. Portland offers great shopping and entertainment/it is second only to san francisco for some of the finest restaurants anywhere. Just north of portland/you will find freeport/maine/the home of l. L. Bean or south to the largest outlet mall on the east coast in kittery/maine. Maines u. S. Rt. 1 north or south offers unique fishing villages/water cruises/whale watching and lighthouses.
