Extremely clean room - staff was the best - I hated to leave

Easy to access - good rates - TV was defective - shower was too slippery - only one washcloth provided - housekeeper only made one of the two beds - exercise room was closed; equipment was out of order - needed improvement

Good location and rates

Room was extremely clean - had to request housekeeping one day when we returned at 5 PM and the room hadn't been cleaned - good stay

Good rates - older place - there was a dirty towel in the room - coffee pot was broken - couldn't read the settings on the heating and cooling unit because they were so worn - mattress was hard - staff wasn't that friendly
