Good location and rates
Rates were reasonable - only one light in the room worked; we had to go buy lightbulbs ourselves since staff couldn't find any - towels were scarce
Room was dusty - window AC was rusty - there was no toilet paper - there was an all-night bar in the middle of the hotel buildings - we didn't stay
We took one look at the room and left
Price was right - disgusting place - when I got up at night to use the bathroom, cockroaches scattered everywhere
