Close to the Brookfield Zoo, restaurants, and shops - non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray - carpet was dirty and sticky - never got requested cot - when I asked for extra towels, the clerk made sure to tell me they were the last ones she had - nice front desk staff - pool area was locked; the clerk unlocked it, but the heater was broken and the water was too cold for swimming - not enough parking available - served its purpose, but I won't return
Beds were nice and firm - we thought we didn't have hot water, but staff said the plumbing fixtures were reversed
Quiet neighborhood - good rates - couldn't adjust the room temperature
Great value - room was clean and well-maintained - excellent service - highly recommend
Convenient to Benedictine University - great room - nice breakfast area - good place to stay
