Room was quiet - AC air smelled terrible - beds and pillows were extremely comfortable - there was hair in the bathtub - lobby had an odor - breakfast was good, but needed better coffee
Close to the interstate, restaurants, and Market Place mall - room was quite small - not enough towels provided our last day; we had to go to the front desk to get more - front desk staff wasn't overly friendly, and acted as if we were an inconvenience
There were ants everywhere, even in the bed - horrible stay
Desperately needed remodeling - hotel was infested with ants - room was filthy, and there was hair everywhere - ceiling was cracked - carpet needed vacuuming - AC didn't adequately cool the room, and kept cycling on and off - the fridge froze our food - plumbing was old - not enough toiletries provided, and the front desk clerk wasn't friendly when we asked for more - no one ever answered the front desk phone - luggage cart was warped - a terrible stay
Good rates - pillows were lumpy - pleasant staff - nice place, but not five-star quality
