Convenient location - hotel and room were modern - plentiful selection of fresh, healthy snacks - restaurant and lounge closed early

A bit hard to find due to road construction in the area - dated decor - room had poor lighting - toilet ran - good personnel - whirlpool didn't work
Convenient location - hotel was all right, nothing special - had trouble getting correct room; staff didn't want to move us to another room, but made it right - had to ask twice for complimentary breakfast voucher and mall gift certificate
