Smoke-free policy - effective april 30 2010- hotel will be 100 percent smoke-free including guest rooms and balconies restaurants bars lobbies and all other indoor areas. To accommodate the needs of guests who smoke designated outdoor smoking locations have been assigned on the property. Guests can request designated smoking location information upon check-in. Guests will be reminded of the smoke-free policy upon check-in. A usd300. 00 room recovery fee plus tax based on the resort and or room will be charged to the guests who smoke within the building in guest rooms balconies or patios to cover costs of cleaning and restoring the room to a smoke-free condition.
