  • Room was clean and spacious - most employees were polite and helpful, but the front desk clerk was curt when I asked questions - didn't have coffee 24 hours a day
  • Convenient to UCF - nice hotel for the price - room was clean - bedsheet was threadbare and had a stain; had a comforter, but no extra blanket - nice staff - I'd stay again
  • Housekeepers were nice and attentive - front desk clerks were rude and unhelpful - not a pleasant stay
  • Convenient to UCF - pool and hot tub closed at 10 PM - breakfast was too expensive - disappointed
  • Convenient location - great value - room was large and clean - beds were comfortable - had a little trouble with the high-speed Internet access - staff was friendly - nice pool area with a hot tub and fitness center - great breakfast buffet; eggs were garlicky, but the fresh fruit was wonderful - looked forward to the freshly baked cookies every evening - we'll definitely stay again
