Room was dirty and smelled bad - people fought by the pool every night, waking us up - it was hotel hell
Close to Universal Studios - hotel was filthy - some room numbers were written in marker, and my room wasn't clearly marked - carpet was stained - decorative fixtures were hanging off the walls - mattress was hard, and the comforter was stained - only 2 of the 5 wall switches worked - door lock didn't work properly - staff didn't speak English well - a disappointment
Hotel was dirty and run-down - had a shuttle to Universal Studios
Convenient location - ceiling in the 1st room had a leak, and the toilet was broken - 2nd room was already occupied - 3rd room was in a different area - pool wasn't clean - not a good stay
