There was mold on the door - room smelled like a trash can in a bar, and hadn't been vacuumed - the towels weren't clean - horrible place
Affordable - loitering clientele made me uncomfortable, so I didn't stay
Good location - non-smoking room had roaches and smelled like smoke
Room was filthy and reeked of smoke, so I changed rooms - 2nd room had an AC that only worked when set on high - don't stay here
Convenient to UNF, dining, and shopping - excellent accommodations for the price - not fancy, but more than adequate - room was clean, quiet, and comfortable - parking area was well-lit
