Housekeeping left my room door wide open after cleaning - I was never able to talk to the manager about the situation
Hotel was clean - towels felt like sandpaper - not enough hot water for much of our 5-day stay; staff seemed unconcerned - good variety at the breakfast buffet
Excellent rates - hotel was new and clean - everything was in working order - orange juice at breakfast wasn't real juice - I'd stay again
