No heat, and it was cold - there were gaps on either side of the AC - bathroom window needed weatherstripping - nice staff - disappointed
Good location, but not a good value - room and bedspread were dirty - carpet was filthy - beds were uncomfortable - windows didn't close properly - bathroom wasn't clean - no housekeeping during our 2-day stay - awful place
Hotel was run-down and unsafe - room door wasn't secure - a horrible place to stay
Room was so disgusting that I cleaned it myself - door didn't close all the way - not enough towels provided - employees weren't helpful - bad place to stay
Hotel was in terrible condition; didn't look like online photos - room was dirty and needed better lighting - I didn't feel safe with the existing door lock, so I put a chair against the door for added security - shower didn't work - staff wasn't friendly - not satisfied
