Good location - front desk was behind bullet-proof glass; made me uneasy
Hotel seemed to cater to undesirable clientele - room smelled bad and was filthy - found a dirty towel - sink had hair in it - repair work was underway, and power tools were lying around the hallway - workers stared at me when I walked by - I didn't stay
Entire place needed an overhaul - room wasn't clean enough - front desk staff was surly at best and stood behind a plexiglass wall - this hotel was such a disappointment
Safe neighborhood - absolutely no hot water for shower - toilet didn't flush properly, sink was clogged - wouldn't stay again

Additional property description - this days inn is located right off i-91 at exit 8. We are just minutes from yale university and the downtown new haven area. Our hotel serves a complimentary daybreak breakfast each morning. All our rooms include wireless high speed internet microwave refrigerator and hairdryer. We have complimentary parking for all our guest.
