Perfect location for my needs - room wasn't the cleanest

Close to University of Connecticut - room wasn't ready 90 minutes after check-in time; I stood in line for over 20 minutes while the clerk took phone calls - not happy

Front desk clerks were unkind - good parking

Close to the University of Connecticut - room was clean and appropriate for the price - hair dryer didn't work; I had to go to another room to dry my hair

Heater didn't work - good continental breakfast
