Room was clean - fabulous view of the mountains - AC wasn't on when we arrived; we had to notify the office to turn it on - had a large vanity - front desk clerk seemed lethargic

Suite was quiet and private - loved having 2 bedrooms, a living room, and fully-equipped kitchen - everything was so clean
Some of the lights flickered at night - staff was helpful and pleasant
Good location - our key cards were deactivated 3 times; other guests were sent to our room and walked in on us - extremely nice housekeepers - employees were unpleasant, and not that knowledgeable about the hotel - we weren't allowed to get a cup of coffee 10 minutes before breakfast started, even though it was ready and an attendant was there - don't recommend
