Front desk clerk was friendly

Affordable - excellent stay

Near the aquarium and Queen Mary - AC and fridge were loud - construction underway outside, and it was noisy - not enough towels provided - hallway was dark and had a concrete floor

No remote control for the TV - not enough towels provided - staff refused to give us extra pillows - front desk clerks were anything but helpful, and bordered on rude - the only seating in the pool area was 3 plastic chairs - we'll never stay again

Walk to downtown attractions - bathroom was small - staff was pleasant and helpful - I'd stay again
