Room was clean - checkout clerk tried to add a charge for a pet, even though we didn't have one
Near the college - staff was rude - not a super stay
Seemed secure - better than I expected
Easy access to town - motel was clean - no closet in the room
Halls reeked of cigarette smoke - good-sized room - coffee pot needed to be emptied - bathroom sink wouldn't drain, toilet was dirty - landscaping needed improvement - parking area was dirty - not impressed
